Closer to the Heart is not a rental agent. The properties displayed in Paris, France and in Florence Italy are actually owned by us. We established in 2010, after three decades of traveling for business and pleasure throughout the world we understand the value of a home with a character while far away: this is what inspired us and became a leading thread from the search of the locations, during the renovation and last but most importantly the welcoming of our guests.

Choosing an apartment offers much greater flexibility in many ways over a hotel: the fun of shopping at the local market and cook, listen to music and relax sipping a glass of wine.
